Personal Learning Network and Inclusion

Hi Marissa,

I was able to relate to your post and experiences very much. I enjoy being the listener and learner in my network, as I feel that many are more experienced than I am and sharing my bit of experience will not be a valuable contribution to the group. Without many years in the field, I mostly feel discouraged to share especially in a big diverse group; however, as you said, even with not much of experience, you just never know who in your network will benefit from your ideas. I also think that listening to others’ ideas and experiences could broaden our views and knowledge, as well as inspire us for new ideas and perspectives.
